Helping Hands Needed for Mass, HS Seniors, & Confirmation
Our regular Mass Schedule resumed last weekend on the Feast of Pentecost. We were filled with joy to be able to celebrate with so many of you in person in the church.
The mass times are as follows: Saturday 5:00pm and 7:00pm (Spanish); Sunday 7:00am, 9:00am, 11:00am and 6:30pm.
Help Needed for Mass
We are looking to recruit volunteers from among our younger and healthier parishioners to help each weekend for Mass.
Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere for those who come.
We need 6 volunteers at each of five Masses each weekend. We need
to guide people to their seats and maintain social distancing upon arrival, during Communion, and upon departure; and
Greeters/ Spritzers/ Cleaners
who will greet arrivals, make sure they are wearing masks and spritz hand sanitizer on hands, help spritz hands again before Communion, and wipe surfaces after Mass. We ask that you only choose one Mass per weekend at which to volunteer.
We have included here a sign up schedule for all Masses in June.
If you can help, please click the box below for the "Sign Up Genius." We will contact you with more details and to schedule the training. Thank you!
If you can't help this weekend but are interested in volunteering at Mass in the future, please go to the sign-up and choose "On Call/ Floater Help." Thanks!
Sunday Mass on TV and Online Continues
The obligation to attend Sunday Mass has been suspended by Bishop McManus until December 31, 2020. Therefore, St. Luke’s will record the Saturday evening Mass each week to be broadcast on Sundays at 9:00am and 6:30pm on Westborough TV, Verizon Fios Channel 24 or Charter Spectrum Channel 191. The link to view online will be posted
on our website
after production is completed.
When deciding whether you will attend Mass, keep in mind the state of MA’s “Safer at Home Advisory.” Older adults and those with underlying health conditions should continue to avoid public assemblies and remain at home. Persons who feel sick or exhibit symptoms should not attend Mass.
