Starting March 5th, Ash Wednesday, with daily meditations until April 20, Easter Sunday. Take the journey independently, as a family, with friends/co-workers, or within a Small Group.
No sign-up necessary — feel free to drop by!

Guidelines for Fast & Abstinence
Abstinence from meat is to be observed by all Catholics 14 years of age and older on Ash Wednesday, Good Friday and all Fridays of Lent.
Fasting is to be observed by all Catholics who are 18 years of age but not yet 59 years of age on Ash Wednesday & Good Friday. Those who are subject to the obligation to fast may take only one full meal. While two smaller meals are allowed to maintain strength and according to particular circumstances, these should not equal one full meal. On fast days, eating solid foods between meals is not permitted. Ash Wednesday and Good Friday are the only two fast days required; though fasting is encouraged throughout Lent.
